BenQ, a global innovator in professional display and collaboration technology, showcased its latest enterprise portfolio at InfoComm India 2026, bringing together solutions designed around the changing needs of today’s workplace. As offices become increasingly hybrid and collaborative, the role of the display has moved beyond simply presenting information. Meetings now involve participants joining remotely, teams working across locations and employees moving between different forms of content and applications. BenQ’s showcase addressed these evolving requirements across the workplace, from the executive cabin and meeting room to larger presentation spaces and the individual desk.
At the centre of the showcase was the BenQ Board CP5505, a 55-inch interactive display designed to bring more seamless hybrid collaboration into the CXO cabin. The solution combines video conferencing, collaboration and content access in a single display, enabling leaders to conduct meetings without relying entirely on dedicated conference rooms.
Making Hybrid Collaboration More Seamless
The BenQ Board CP5505 is designed to support more natural and efficient hybrid meetings. It can see the room, track who is speaking and maintain conversations over distance, while giving users access to their own files and applications when they approach the display. This reduces some of the friction that often comes with hybrid meetings, where participants must connect devices, locate files or rely on separate systems before a discussion can begin. The meeting experience also extends beyond the room itself. The CP5505 can provide a transcript and summary after a meeting, helping teams retain key discussions and information once the meeting is over.
The display is also designed for applications that go beyond conventional presentations. With colour accuracy designed to hold up to a Pantone check and contrast suited to detailed documents and diagrams, it can support teams working with information where visual detail matters, including legal, design and clinical applications. Beyond visual clarity, the CP5505 also supports more interactive meeting experience allowing user to control presentation easier, activate Google Assistant and launch summary AI during meeting. There capabilities makes the CP5505 suitable for a range of workplace scenarios, from business reviews and presentations to hiring interviews and other day-to-day professional interactions.
Bringing Collaboration Closer to the User
For many organisations, the challenge is not simply enabling hybrid meetings, but making collaboration possible wherever work is happening. The CXO cabin is one such space, particularly when smaller meetings compete for limited meeting-room availability.

While the CP5505 is designed for more focused collaboration, BenQ also showcased a new 135-inch dvLED display for larger professional environments. Designed for town halls, leadership addresses and presentations where audiences can run into dozens rather than a handful, the dvLED display delivers outstanding colour performance with 100% DCI-P3 coverage bringing vivid and accurate visuals to spaces where standard-format display may not provide the required scale. The new 135-inchdvLED display expands BenQ’s workplace portfolio beyond individual meeting and collaboration environments to larger spaces where visibility and presentation scale are critical to engaging audience.
Extending the Experience to the Desk
As part of its broader vision for a more connected and human-centric workplace, BenQ also previewed in India two of its latest workspace lighting innovations – iScreenBar™ and ScreenBar® Max. Extending the experience from meeting and collaboration spaces to the individual desk, both solutions are designed to enhance visual comfort, productivity, and workspace efficiency through precision illumination and space-conscious engineering tailored to different professional setups.
