Garmin, a global leader in GPS-enabled wearables and cycling technology, has announced a strategic retail partnership with Giant Bicycles India, one of the most respected brands in the Indian cycling ecosystem. This collaboration combines Giant’s strong retail presence with Garmin’s expertise in ride tracking, navigation, endurance monitoring, and training analytics.

While Giant is known for producing high-quality bicycles trusted by both enthusiasts and competitive riders, Garmin brings a comprehensive range of performance products, including advanced cycling computers and sensor bundles (with heart rate, speed, and cadence tracking), TACX indoor trainers, smartwatches, power meters and pedals, smart bike lights with rear-view radar alerts, 4K ride recording cameras, and other performance accessories. Together, the two brands aim to make advanced cycling technology more accessible to riders through trusted retail outlets.

As part of the initial rollout, Garmin products are now available at select Giant retail stores in Mumbai, Pune, and Jaipur. Customers visiting these stores can explore Garmin’s complete cycling ecosystem alongside Giant’s bicycle range, helping them make more informed purchasing decisions that combine both equipment and performance technology.

Garmin’s cycling portfolio includes advanced TACX indoor trainers that complement Giant bicycles, allowing cyclists to train indoors on the same bike while simulating real outdoor terrains. The range also features cycling computers with detailed mapping and performance metrics, power meters and pedals for deeper training insights, smart lighting systems with rear-view radar for enhanced safety, 4K ride recording cameras, and GPS smartwatches and fitness trackers to support endurance and training goals. By integrating these products into Giant’s retail network, the partnership caters to cyclists who increasingly seek data-driven tools for improved performance, safety, and ride planning.

Commenting on the partnership, Mr. Deepak Raina, Director, AMIT GPS & Navigation LLP, said, “Data has become central to how cyclists evaluate and enhance their performance. Accurate ride metrics, training insights, and navigation tools help riders make informed decisions and track real progress, while also improving safety through greater situational awareness. Through our partnership with Giant Bicycles India, we are bringing reliable, data-driven technology closer to cyclists at the point where they invest in their riding journey.”

Varun Bagadiya, Director, Giant Bicycles India, added, “We are delighted to partner with Garmin, a brand synonymous with precision and performance. Making Garmin’s complete product portfolio available at our stores enables us to offer cyclists a more holistic experience, supporting them not only with world-class bicycles but also with advanced performance technology.”

Cycling in India continues to grow steadily, particularly in urban markets where community riding groups, endurance events, and performance-focused training are becoming more popular. Through this partnership, both brands aim to support serious cyclists, fitness-focused riders, and aspiring enthusiasts who are looking for dependable and high-performance cycling technology.
