Hyderabad Management Association Hosts Book Launch of Career Chronicles

The Hyderabad Management Association (HMA) organized an exclusive Management Development Program (MDP) at Hyderabad Gymkhana, featuring the launch of Career Chronicles, authored by Mr. M. Raghunatha Chary. The event was designed to guide professionals and students in navigating careers in an era of rapid transformation.

With over 16 books read and 352 hours spent reading annually, as per reports, our youth are proving that knowledge remains the greatest currency.
He appreciated the author’s dedication in creating a book that reflects the realities of modern career journeys while offering practical insights for professional growth. He said book is a compass and a companion for youth of today.
The fireside chat with senior journalist Suresh Kochattil and Raghunath Chary during the book launch offered deep insights into the themes and real-life inspirations behind Career Chronicles. Their engaging conversation highlighted the challenges and triumphs of career transitions, and the importance of resilience, self-discovery, and purpose in professional journeys.

Mr. V. Srinivasa Rao (VSR) discussed the rise of digital workers and how technology is redefining professional roles and workplace expectations.
Mr. Vemuganti Ramesh spoke on ‘Change Management in the Age of AI’, sharing strategies for individuals and organizations to adapt to AI-driven changes. He said Management should use AI as tool to improve productivity .He shared frame works for the corporate leaders to drive change and also for individual to shape their carriers.
