Zell Education, one of India’s leading finance and accounts upskilling platforms, has announced its Placement Outcomes Report 2025, marking a record year of student success. The report highlights over 570 students placed across 300+ global hiring partners, with the highest package for freshers touching ₹10 LPA and for experienced professionals going up to ₹50 LPA.
This year saw Zell’s learners breaking into top global firms such as Deloitte, EY, KPMG, BDO, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Grant Thornton, Accenture, and JP Morgan. The platform’s consistent partnerships with leading recruiters such as Grant Thornton, KPMG India, and EY continue to strengthen the bridge between industry-ready education and real-world employability.
Notably, 76% of ACCA graduates secured placements across MNCs, while students from CFA, CPA, CMA, and FRM programs landed roles in valuation, risk consulting, fund accounting, and investment banking. On average, every Zell student appeared for three interviews, with a 42% offer-to-interview conversion rate and in some cases, offers were rolled out within just a day. Speaking on the milestone, Pratham Barot, Co-Founder & CEO, Zell Education, said: “When a corporate hiring department changes its policies to onboard Zell students even before their certification is complete, we know the ecosystem has felt the impact we’re working toward. These results validate our mission of transforming professional education into tangible career outcomes. Zell isn’t just about certifications; it’s about helping learners build careers that reflect both competence and confidence.”
Beyond placements, Zell’s comprehensive career-readiness framework including LinkedIn branding, mock interviews, technical prep modules, and soft-skill training — continues to equip learners with the skills needed to succeed in finance, consulting, and emerging fintech roles. With a strong presence across Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Tier-2 cities like Lucknow, Indore, and Jodhpur, Zell Education is redefining how India’s youth prepare for global finance careers.
